I worked at Tolunay-Wong Engineers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good co-workers and colleagues. A good company for an entry level professional or technicians. I was compensated for the use of my vehicle and mobile phone. Basic health plan was free.

    Cons

They pay was not very good for professionals, but not bad for technicians or entry level employees. Unethical and hostile management in Beaumont office. Very little training..."learn as you go" process. Big on the buddy system.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the interoffice politics and hostile managers and the company would be a great place to work with a lower turnover rate. More employee incentives would go a long way too.

I worked at Tolunay-Wong Engineers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The ONLY good thing about working there was the pay and the techs. Well some of the Kenner techs were good.

    Cons

Bad management from top down. Office employees lie and spread private information about people. Dispatching is horrible and if there's no work in the field you will not work at all

    Advice to Management

Treat your techs with respect because without good techs you go nowhere. Your techs are top marketing reps for your company.

    Cons

The Safety Supervisor doesn't want to listen to the guys in the field.

    Advice to Management

Make it a level playing field where there is respect given.
