      Pros

Awesome gratis program, super fun events and products are easy to sell.

      Cons

The Jr AE for the Pittsburgh area is awful to work for! He's snooty to his team, gossips and lies to their faces. He has even been banned from some of the stores so why is he still working for Too Faced?

      Pros

Free makeup and cool office space

      Cons

Like many, I was drawn to work at Too Faced for the name, glamour, and, what seemed to be, thriving work culture. What's worse is I left a previous workplace where I had amazing bosses who inspired me to be better, taught me how to succeed and genuinely cared about my career path. Let’s just say, I did not experience the same at TF. The work culture is exactly like high-school.. The “mean girls” are the only people who are trusted and given power by the executives. But, they are trusted by them not for their ability to do their job, but because they wear the latest designer shoes. And, unlike highschool where you can disassociate yourself from the mean girls because you know you’re more worthy, at TF you can’t get away from because the executives allows them to pretty much run and oversee all the departments (even though they don’t really know what they’re doing). Since it's clear that the executives only trust a few members of upper management, many other managers are insecure and so worried they will come across as incompetent, that they don't allow their subordinates to have any major responsibilities or take lead on anything. They will also hoard information, leaving you constantly confused and unable to finish projects. Basically, if you want to work at a place where you feel you make a difference and are seen for your intelligence/ability to do your job, rather than for how expensive your outfit is, than this place is not for you.

      Pros

      instagramable office + amazing products

      Cons

EVERYTHING! The fact that there is job openings for high positions like in HR and the fact that this is their THIRD time within a couple of months seeking an Executive Assistant says a lot about how this office is run (Irvine location). Please believe all the negative reviews written about this company and disregard the fake positive reviews written by upper management. I will condone working in a company where women create a culture to work against each other instead of working together. The "mean girls" aka the upper management are so entitled and materialistic and acting like they are so high above everyone one and think they are celebrities. FYI, you're not!

The worst company I have ever worked for

      Pros

Working in a high stress environment teaching you to juggle 100 things at once

      Cons

Lots of gossiping, in fact the entire company thrives of gossip. Bullying seems to be the way managers communicate with their teams. No empowerment, no true leadership, and an extremely cut throat sorority setting workplace.

Working with Too Faced has its ups and downs

      Pros

Too Faced has some really great products and are a well liked brand. It was easy to interact with clients and build relationships with my retailers because of the mutual love for the brand.

      Cons

I worked in the field so I didn’t spend a lot of time in the corporate office. However, the general vibe is that is run like a sorority. Preferential treatment and constant promotions on the inside, while there is no opportunity for growth or recognition for the field team.

      A Corporate Nightmare

      Pros

Estee Lauder company discounts and a few great co-workers who really care for one another.

      Cons

Horrible work environment. Most employees just leave without even having a job lined up and I’ve never seen a higher turnover rate. The company is based off favoritism and everyday feels like you're back in high school. Most gossip comes from upper management and even if you’re the hardest worker with actual work experience if you aren’t friends with this person or that person then you’ll never get your promotion. Upper management lacks leadership skills and aren’t even qualified for their positions. Everyone is constantly expected to take on even more work when someone else on their team leaves (which is a weekly occurrence) and no one is ever acknowledged for their hard work. HR is awful because everyone is constantly going to them - nothing is changing, and they never check in to see if things are improving because they obviously care more about posting false advertising on Linkedin on how great it is to work there. Sadly, this is all true and hopefully Estee Lauder will eventually step in and realize.
