I worked at Top Gun Leather full-time

    Pros

    Flexible Scheduling, Fast Hiring Process

    Cons

minimum wage, 1% Commission, no over-time, no benefits, un-stable hours. They send you to different stores. They have you deliver jackets to other stores without being on the clock and you use your own metro-card. They dont let you eat in peace when at break. I was working 10 am to 9pm with no lunch break cause I was the only one at the store.

    Dont waste your time.

The owner is pretty cheap so don't expect to get above minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Pay more to those that want to be part of the companies statement.
