    Pros

There are plenty of pot lucks and the work schedule is only loosely enforced - you can come and go as you please. The Fantasy Football league was fun.

    Cons

Poor management practices, key members of senior leadership are sexist relics of the 70's, unethical business practices. Expectations greatly exceed training provided.

    Advice to Management

Just like Icarus, who flew too close to the sun and fell to the sea, TopGun shares the tragic theme of failure at the hands of hubris .

I have been working at Top Gun Sales full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Represent Panasonic, a company with great products.

    Cons

Failure to train employees on products or on CRM creates huges huges problems in house and with clients. The managment is in constant flux as wellas the inability to pay out on earned commisions is a real ongoing problem. .

    Advice to Management

Get who you want in place and keep them informed as well as on the same page. Steve Osborn is a fine owner but has no real idea of what is going on in the trenches because the rest of the managment hides anything they feel is negative.
