    There are many of subsidiaries in the group company. It is a chance if you want to be an entrepreneur in the future.

    Cons

    Human Judgement is everywhere in this company. Management always trust their stereo type rather than professional.

    If you have enough ability working in chaos situation, it is a good company to accumulate your experience.

    Pros

    The collegues support each other well not only in terms of sharing sales information but also in terms of assisting each other in work or in private.

    Cons

    The hieranchy prevented the spread or application of new idea. Furthermore, it would take longer time for young talent to climb up to management position.

    Design a good mechism to keep talent people in the company as well as make sure they have the space to contribute to the growth of the company.
