    Pros

    I worked within the marketing team who were all incredibly welcoming as was everyone else in the office. I loved my time there and would go back in a heartbeat.

    Cant choose your own schedule Cant choose who you work a trip with Get messed around by the company as the office is understaffed

    The people make the business, lots of benefits and opportunities for progression.

    Cons

    Long hours (as expected from a tour operator since we run 24 hours, 365 days a year).

    Paid to Travel Great on-road crew Variety of trips Great for people with no significant others Get to give people the trip of a lifetime

    Cons

    low pay always on (literally 24/7) little support when not on a trip - find your own accommodation while not on the road

    Advice to Management

    Look after Trip Leaders Increase the difficulty of Training Trip, since 'relaxing' the calibre of road crew has decreased dramatically

    Fun company to work for. Friendly environment. Good career progression.

    Cons

    High turn over. Constant changes. The high turn over means that you have a higher chance to progress. Benefits very standard.

    Pros

    Flexibility and work life balance. Famils and cheap tours. Good environment for early 20 somethings who love to travel, drink and fit in with the crowd.

    Cons

    Clicky and too informal. If you don't get approval from the cool kids, you won't be made welcome. No support from Senior Management/HR/Leadership. Negative environment. Overworked. Underpaid. Not appreciated

    Advice to Management

    Listen to feedback. If there's a real desire to improve business and profitability, find out where the issues sit that are stopping us from performing efficiently. Get to know or be seen to care about your employees and their faces/names/roles. Promote/appreciate your staff for their work ethic and ability. Not for their desire to be friends with whoever's at the top of the ladder.
