    Pros

Helpful team atmosphere. The team is looking to succeed. Everyone works hard. Located in a great location in San Francisco. Great first step into the world of Online Advertising. Some great clients help boost the overall traffic and work.

    Cons

Hard to learn much here as there is a huge lack of innovation within the product. Company wants to succeed, but more tools are needed to really make a growth within the company.

    Advice to Management

Tackle the big issues of email marketing such as social, mobile, microsites - and then try to marry them together.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Their recruiters are very friendly. New staff orientation and training.

    Cons

Too many "no-shows" on part of students which results in 1/5 of the actual hourly pay instead of regular hourly pay, which is already low.

    Advice to Management

Management have to revamp their "instructor evaluation" process , this will improve their retention rates, current evaluation process is too vague and benefits the company only.
