Good Company to work for with a very laid back workplace. Compensation is alright, no great.

    Pros

Great people and staff; helpful and sincere. Work can be challenging when it is not support. Good central location, easy commute from anywhere within twenty miles.

    Cons

Company is in turmoil; they are shutting down technical departments or outsourcing the work. The work left here is too often support, and lacking in new development. Too much consolidation and failures in trying to collapse departments, roles, and responsibilities.

    Advice to Management

Get your act together and decide on your core business objectives and priorities. Management also lacks control due to corporate directives from Japan.
