    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Total Credit Recovery part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Flexible hours
    - Good for students
    - Good for people with 0 work experience
    - People in your department will be nice to you

    Cons

    - Excellent employee = no raise
    - Want to eat at the cafeteria? Well you'll have to deal with the yelling monkeys that don't understand how to have a discussion properly
    - Management is absurd (They don't care about you)
    - Useless HR
    - Very cheap working environment ( Computers take 5 minutes to boot up because the big boss doesn't want to invest in better equipment. Chairs are not comfortable. )
    - You need to wait around 1 week to get an email reply (if you're lucky)
    - Paychecks always missing 3-4 hours. ( You need to send about 5 emails for them to do something about it )
    - Sage (Punching in/out system) doesn't work properly and sometimes registers a 1500 hours break
    - You get an email almost every month telling you that you'll win 100-300$ if you make the most payments. When you win, they don't give it to you. And if they do give it to you, it's because you had to email them about twice a day for 2 months.
    - Talking to your manager or director won't change anything because they always "forget" and tell you to "send an email"

    Advice to Management

    - Take managing classes
    - Give raises to employees who deserve it
    - Stop hiring uneducated monkeys
    - Give better benefits
    - Stop being fake. We can see it
