Life Changing Company
Apr 3, 2023 - Sales Team Leader in Raleigh, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The people that I work with are amazing, they make this job such a blast. The atmosphere always pushes me to be my best self. Everyone is extremely supportive; it really is like a family. Uncapped commission that is actually uncapped means the sky is the limit for compensation, which has really changed my life.
Cons
To reach success, you need to work hard. Some people do not want to put the effort in and that makes it difficult to find success.

Honest Review - Expectations
Mar 17, 2023 - Logistics Account Executive Trainee in Fort Lauderdale, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Training and mentorship that not only teaches you how to be an expert in logistics but teaches you the necessary items to be successful in sales - Culture environment is my favorite; everyone is here to help you succeed brokers, trainees, manager, leaders etc. it's fun, there's a lot of fun activities and things they do that break up the day - non-micromanaged work environment (yes there is metrics to reach and yes they push you to be better than you were yesterday) but this not an environment where management breathes down your neck every sec of the day. They set goals and help you achieve them. - the money that my broker and brokers make in such a realistically short period of time is motivating
Cons
- its alot of hard work to be successful and it takes patience and diligence to achieve it - not for the excuse makers - you deal with adversity and external factors daily its how you handle it and critically think along with problem solve that will make you successful - show up to work on time.. its very easy just do it.. people get let go after 10 times not showing up to work on time and blame TQL.. its not TQL fault you cant leave for work earlier.. if your running late communicate proactively they are here to work with you and provide flexibility but that is something that is important to them .. dont just no call no show or show up an hour late.. it reflects how you will interact with your customers later down the line to mgt.

Work Hard, Play Hard
May 18, 2023 - Logistics Account Executive in Tampa, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Work Hard, Play Hard is the definition of TQL. The culture is second-to-none, and you will make some of the best friends of your life here. The mini hoops and putting greens scattered around the offices, team events both inside & outside the office, and celebrations of success keep you engaged and enthusiastic while you learn the difficult ropes of logistics and how to navigate this crazy world. This is a job where you will have to work harder and smarter than the next person, but the fruits of your labor can be seen quickly and you are surrounded by people who all have the attainable goal of making serious money on their minds. This is an extremely lucrative industry and nobody even comes close to TQL in quality training. A serious broker should make at least $60-70k in their first year in sales, and then build on that. On top of that.. I, and many of my coworkers have expressed that they enjoy the job itself. It will truly keep you on your toes every single day, and no day is the same!
Cons
TQL is a serious commitment to yourself, to your broker, and to your team. You will 100% be given the tools to be successful, perhaps beyond what you previously thought possible for yourself... but it will require the full scope of your focus, drive, and discipline to get there. It's not a job for the faint of heart, it's a job for those who make things happen.

Working at TQL
Mar 17, 2023 - Logistics Account Executive in Daytona Beach, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
A full-time career in an industry that will never go away! I do not know many jobs that pay you above average annual salary as they teach you to master the freight and logistics industry. TQL's benefits, package, career opportunities, and resources can lead you to making 6 figures in the span of 8-12 months. Working at the Daytona Beach office has been nothing but a pleasure. We have a great recruiting team including Will Barnack who has a natural talent for recruiting some of our best performers. All of my co-workers have been great, motivating, and helpful. Our SGL and STL leaders are always on top when it comes to organization, operational improvement, and much more. If you are looking for a REAL career opportunity, feel free to contact us!
Cons
A successful career does not come by in a week. At TQL we work in an industry that does not sleep. This job challenges you to be your best every day when it comes to timing, organization, customer service and much more. At TQL we don't have many cons, our cons actually make our career. (working late, dealing with customer relations, problem solving and more)

AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!
Mar 21, 2023 - Logistics Account Executive in Greensboro, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Honestly for an office job, they have treated everyone like family. They encourage you to keep pushing when it gets tough. There isn't a single person in this office that I can't go to and ask a question. The SGLs are always looking around and seeing who needs help. We have weekly goals to keep us focused and if we feel we can't meet them we talk about what changes to make and how to be proactive to reach them goals. The LAETs that we have share what we have done successfully and what helps each other. We are a family here!
Cons
The cons are told you during the interview time. In the beginning stages of prospecting it's gonna feel like more effort is being put in than the reward given to you. Your work/life balance is going to be tested but it isn't a forever thing. You are growing your own business within a business. So you have to know you're gonna make sacrifices that don't seem fair in the beginning. The visual turn around makes it hard some times. Seeing people come and go is something you have to get used to, it's gonna happen. But, it's based off of their own performance and you just have to remember that. So the cons are a bitter sweet thing. You are told up front about it however saying and doing are two different things.

Motivational Work Environment
Feb 13, 2023 - Logistics Account Executive in New Orleans, LARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This job is perfect for anyone who loves a push and heavy motivation at all times! During my interviews with both my recruiter and hiring managers I expressed to them that I wanted a job that will push me to be my absolute best and a place where no one will allow me to get to comfortable. This job has exceeded my expectations, the lessons I've learned will be lessons I will carry on throughout my life. Everyone I work with wants to see me do my absolute best and these are people I will never forget. I could not have asked for a better work environment.
Cons
Yes, this job is super motivational. This also means that there's expectations that you must meet in order to be as successful as everyone here wants you to be which can definitely be overwhelming and even stressful. You are expected to dust yourself off and try again if something was to go wrong, granted in logistics a lot can go wrong ; you stand out if you're able to have something go wrong and not let it faze you enough to halt your success.

TQL Review
May 15, 2023 - Logistics Account Executive, SGL in Saint Louis, MORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
One of my favorite things about TQL is the culture. As a female coming into a male dominate field is scary and intimidating but everyone here makes you feel valued and will go the extra mile to help you out. I have created life long friendships that go beyond helping each other out and work. The people i work with want to see you succeed in the office and outside of the office, we love celebrating wins no matter how big or small. I feel like its hard to find not only an office but an entire company that cares about you as a person, and that i just one of several reasons why i love working at TQL so much.
Cons
One of the downsides is the parking situation, i wish that we didn't have to pay for parking but that comes with the territory of working in a downtown office. I also wish that we had more females in higher corporate roles to be an inspiration for our trainees and junior brokers, but we are definitely getting there.

Life Changing Opportunity
May 23, 2023 - Group Sales Manager in Jacksonville, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The opportunity TQL provides personally changed my families life. Uncapped commission means there is no cap on how much you can make - there are no limits. Growth / Teamwork is huge - We are continuously pushing one another to reach our next goal & take the next step. Celebrating all levels of wins is something we do daily. Community involvement & making a difference is a culture we have built throughout the nation.
Cons
Goals & success come with a price, and consistent hard work / work-life balance can be the price we pay for grinding in an industry that is 24/7 - 365. Being available 24/7/365 is not easy. Building a book is a long term focus and doesn't always have the instant gratification. Building a book is the hardest thing I've done personally, but also the most rewarding.

Pros
This workplace empowers it's employees to exceed their potential, gain a plethora of experience, and produce an income that reflects their work ethic. Alongside these, the environment is exciting, competitive, and fun.
Cons
This job is not for those who expect opportunities be handed to them, but for those who are willing to work for it.
