    Pros

Best team atmosphere I've ever worked in. Smart people who aren't afraid to take risks, while doing the right thing. TQL has changed hundreds of lives (for the better) over the past 20 years, and continues to put it's employees 1st.

    Cons

If you're afraid of hard work think twice before coming here...

    Advice to Management

    Keep pushing the limits!

    Pros

This is the best company I've ever worked for. All you can ask from an employer is OPPORTUNITY! TQL has gives you that in abundance. If you hear horror stories about TQL, its because those people are salty they didn't put in the time to be successful. IT IS 100% completely on THEM. TQL gave those people an opportunity & they failed to live up to it. That's on THEM & not TQL. TQL has given me the opportunity to change my stars & I grabbed the bull by the horns. TQL gives you the opportunity to change your life & its ALL UP TO YOU. Name a place or company where you can make $40,000 in a month. Go ahead, I'll wait; because they don't exist! I've been here 1 yr & 8 months & I'm never leaving this place, that's how much I LOVE IT! People tell you all the time you can't do this or can't have that & people believe because its been passed on down the line. TQL has given me the opportunity to get what I was told I could never have.

"Getting what I can't Have" - Thomas Sparrow LAE @ TQL

    Cons

If it were easy, everybody would do it!

    Advice to Management

Keep on keeping on! My managers Kenny & Tyler are the best. They always challenge me & try to make me better. Couldn't ask for anything more. When I made it being a successful broker, I got an email from the CEO, Ken Oaks, on a Sunday morning at 6am. Who does that if they don't care about their employees?

I have been working at Total Quality Logistics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -uncapped commission
    -great work environment
    -fast paced
    -great training program
-great technology and tools to help

    Cons

I don't really have any cons. Like others have said, this job is truly what you put into it. Come in every day and put your head to the grind, anything is possible. There's not many jobs out there that can provide you the opportunity TQL can. The money is very real. Yes, the hours are long some days but the hard work DOES pay off. If you are hungry to make money and change your life, TQL is where to be.

    Advice to Management

I'm in management and I love it. Our management is the backbone of our office. It all starts from the top. I think it's crucial to have a tight knit management team.

I have been working at Total Quality Logistics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - $$$ You have the opportunity to earn unlimited commissions based on how hard you work (Guaranteed Salary & Commissions)
    - It is a fun, team environment (If you're looking for a quiet office space to work in, this might not be the best place for you)
-Extensive training program for first 5 months paid
-Competitive atmosphere where challenges and competitions happen almost on a daily basis (prizes and awards included sometimes for winners)

    Cons

Honestly, there are a lot of posts with this section completely filled out.. Trust me when I say this, 90% of the people that bad mouth our company failed to make it here. They didn't have what it takes and accepted the position after knowing what it entailed.

    Now for the real Cons...
-Work/Life Balance When you have a good book of business, you may be taking calls in the middle of the night and may have to work after hours
-Plan on working 50+ hours per week if you want to make the real money (real money meaning 70k, 80k, 90k, 100k+)
-This career is not the lazy person, or someone who expects to be handed everything from the start
-If you are not a "Hunter" or are not "Money Hungry", you shouldn't apply..

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what your doing. Obviously something is working because we are a near $3 Billion company...

    Pros

TQL, made me the man I am today. I can't say Thank You enough to those mentors and Leaders I have had during my time at TQL.

    Cons

They only have Miller Lite at the Patio Parties. Seriously at TQL, you will only get what yuh put into your job. Slackers need not apply...

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing you!

    Cons

It's a really hard job. The industry itself can be unforgiving and not necessarily fair.

    Advice to Management

Continue to support the way you do!
