Pros
The work environment is great, the company invests a lot into its new hires, and gives you all the resources you need to set yourself up for success. All the team leaders and sales managers are really motivated and will make sure you’re on a good path.
Cons

2 - 5.0Nov 27, 2023LTL ARCurrent Employee, more than 5 yearsAtlanta, GA
Pros
Excellent office atmosphere and leadership. Every day is different. Fantastic training program. In-house tools are good. Coworkers are uniformly happy to help if you've got questions. Expectations are incredibly transparent. Solid salary as a baseline while you get your feet under you.
Cons
Long hours, especially starting out. Job is inherently a grind, and it takes a while to get to a place where the money is decent. On any given load you're coordinating with up to four different people, which can get stressful quick when someone throws a fit. Really need to be able to leave work stress at work, you'll go nuts if you take it home with you.
