      Incredibly Draining

      Pros

Earning potential is very high (but very hard to achieve)

      Cons

Brutal hours, office politics/management arbitrarily picks favorites to benefit regardless of ability or performance, low pay, commission structure is such that most people don't earn a penny over base pay for over a year, toxic work environment, it's a revolving door of employees (only ~30% hit their one year anniversary), the job itself routinely requires dealing with morons at all hours of the day.

      Pros

Entrepreneurship/Logistics Experience Challenging Earning Potential I have been with TQL for about a year now as Logistics Account Executive. This job will bring you to your breaking point on more than one occasion, it is long hours, hard work and you put up with very difficult people on a daily basis. These challenges though have helped me grow as a person more so then any other job/experience I have had. TQL has allowed me to develop skills I didn't even know I possessed and made it so I can take on any challenge I face. If you are the type of person that doesn't mind a challenge and is willing to work hard for greater return in the end, then TQL is for you. Personally it took me awhile to start making the money I wanted, but the employees/leadership at TQL supported me and helped me develop the skills I needed to be successful. If you stay diligent and hard working then the sky is the limit with TQL.

      Cons

      Cons

7% of people make it a year here. High stress. On call 24/7. Few people ever make $1 of commission.

      Hard work can pay off

      Pros

The earning potential is unlimited. The culture is energetic and friendly to all walks of life. Even though everybody is running their own books of business teamwork is highly emphasized. TQL will teach you everything that you need to know and give you all the tools to succeed. The only thing that will hold you back here is yourself. There is almost an unlimited amount of freight out there so everybody has a shot at making it.

      Cons

long hours are required if you want to become truly successful. I haven't seen on person in my years that has only ever done 8-5 and made it. Commission structure is less than favorable. It's setup in a way that you won't see a check unless you are consistently putting up high numbers. It's even worse on the multi mode side. They only pay out 5% to that group and there are no increases to the base pay over time. If you're in a remote office the amenities stop at free coffee. There's no real upward mobility that will pay you more. All of the different titles you can gain come with nothing but increased responsibility and headaches. Turn over is HIGH so it's hard to make any friends since most people don't make it past the 1st year.
