At TQL there really is no limit to your earning potential, it's a fast paced, high energy place to work. Our work hard play hard culture is the best culture i've ever worked in. Training and company support structure is outstanding

Work life home life balance is what you make of it. You have to be willing to put in the work up front to get the returns. Available parking isn't ideal

Great company culture. There is a work hard play hard mentality that is perfect for those looking to make as much money as they can. There is an uncapped commission structure and no longer a draw, so you are able to make money even sooner than before. The training you receive is better than anywhere else I have seen. The company gives you the tools to succeed before throwing you out on your own. Great company to work for if you are willing to work hard to succeed.

Cons

The downside of the job is the initial period of being an assistant and first getting out on your own account. While it is also a benefit that you receive so much training on how to succeed here, it is also time where you don't make very much money, which can be draining when you are working so many hours and giving the effort to succeed.

Its a great place where we play hard but work hard first. Owner drives the culture and is one of the most honest and sincere employers I have ever met. His involvement in the business shows you he is vested in the future. Plenty of opportunity to make as much money as you are willing to work for.

The only downside to working at TQL is if you are not willing to put for the effort required to be successful. If not then this isn't the place for you.

Working at TQL has been a very rewarding career move. I handle my own book of business from rates with trucks to rates with customers and there is no limit on how many customers I can have. Uncapped commissions and great benefits as well. The office has a team atmosphere and others are always willing to help out. We work hard and we play hard with team outings and patio parties. Wide open work space with no cubicles creates constant interaction with coworkers.

Cons

On call 24/7 and you are tethered to your cell phone when not in the office. Although this may not sound great it is a chance to make money as customers can call at anytime needing a load moved. Long hours, if you cannot put in the time you will not make it. They hours may be long, but the reward is worth it in the end.

TQL has a great work hard play hard atmosphere.

Be expected to work long hours and not get compensated for it. Also, if you are not putting in effort or producing revenue the company will get rid of you pretty quick.
