    Pros

    They are a family company and treat there employees real good . The pay is great and the jobs not to difficult .

    Cons

    You work a lot of hours sometimes 15 days straight and only one day off for months. The jobs only last 2 to 4 months.

    Advice to Management

    Keep taking care of your employees like you do .

    Management is knowledgeable and are good at passing on the knowledge for the job.

    Not enough techs to cover all the jobs that are lined up.

    Passionate company - invested in the safety of others and the mission of the company.

    Cons

    Management changes and structural changes all the time. Hard to conduct business and focus on the company when everything is changing all the time.

    Advice to Management

    The new management doesn't listen anyway.

    Global company that is privately held, so it is a good place to learn about various issues relating to global business.

    Cons

    There was a significant amount of employee turnover during the last few years due to the changes in management and downturn in the oil and gas industry, which is a key industry for Total Safety US, Inc.

    Pros

    Great sales teams, easy to work with.

    Cons

    Employee turnover was very high. HR and management continued to support middle managers accused of outrageous sexism. Generally "good ole boy" culture.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees. Don't keep bad managers around just because they know a big client or two - establish standards that aren't only about the bottom line.

    Employees employed under beaumont branch are a good group of people, company has jobs in most refineries, company provides decent benefits.

    Cons

    Unorganized job coordination from main office, does not take care of employees needs, not likely to promote once hired in.

    You need major improvements to take care of employees and promote deserved positions.
