    Pros

    Great sales teams, easy to work with.

    Cons

    Employee turnover was very high. HR and management continued to support middle managers accused of outrageous sexism. Generally "good ole boy" culture.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees. Don't keep bad managers around just because they know a big client or two - establish standards that aren't only about the bottom line.

    Management doesn't have time for employees and it makes getting direction for your job hard.

    Advice to Management

    Stop hiring those with no background for there position and pay for experienced employees. Your turn overrate will be so much better

    Pros

    The only benefit I can state is they pay good, benefits are good, and this is the only reason employee stay there.

    Cons

    You are on your own, Controller needs lots of training on several aspects such as managing employees and respect them. Turn over rate is very high.

    Need to take courses on how to manage people and do a good judgment.

    Pros

    Good pay, paid training, all expenses paid if I were to go out of town, easy hiring process.

    Cons

    Got offered a job told to start one day got called back saying they were delaying training dates. Then called backing saying "project got denied" and now I'm left jobless.

    Advice to Management

    Don't hire people then not even give them work.
