Small company so you avoid the bureaucracy and red tape of larger companies. General employees are mostly nice people. You don't get micromanaged.
If you're not in with upper management, you will not stay or last long. The benefits are average to bad. Weak sales department so growth is slow.
Advice to Management
Hire a full sales staff to increase customer base and keep a steady work flow. Too many ups and downs, highs and lows. Company feels unstable at times.
