    Pros

    Management is always ready to provide assistance and there are cool projects to work on.

    Cons

    There's a lot of bureaucracy and the staff are not very friendly sometimes

    Pros

    Very good place to develop pure technical skills and excel skills:) but not leadership skills.

    Cons

    You have to be two heads higher and convenient if you are not French in order to grow-up by career. Too tough to go for international assignment if you are not good with and convenient for affiliate management. Expats have always right opinion and very privileged at the affiliates and management is allowing to abuse of power sometimes, HR procedures are only for local employees. Management is much worrying on creating and reporting beautiful figures to HQ management.
