Great commission structure, weekly pay, great 401k package (5% match), a lot of incentive trips, high-tech company
Cons
High stress, not great work/life balance

They have a fantastic culture.
Cons
Friends of management get more chances to succeed.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
They will hire you with no recruiting experience and provide training. The commission structure isn't bad, but it changes every December. You get paid weekly. Environment is laid back mostly. If you like to party you'll love working here.
Cons
Salary is not good until, once you have people working you can make good money. There are other places that have better commission plans that don't change every year plus better salaries to go with it. It's a BIG fraternity atmosphere. A lot of favoritism is shown throughout the company. If you like to party hard generally you are a favorite, and if you choose to not be a part of that and spend time with your friends and family instead of your coworkers you don't get the special treatment the others do. It can be very toxic. I wouldn't recommend working here long term.

TotalMed changed my life
Jun 20, 2022 - Senior Clinical Recruiter in Appleton, WIRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Flexibility if you are at accountability! Great opportunities to grow in your role as a recruiter and in general as a person. The trust and freedom here is like no other. We aren't machines and they understand this. Once you prove to your managers at TotalMed that you are driven to success they will return the favor by not only allowing but encouraging the kind of flexibility you cant find elsewhere. This helps me personally be giving me the type of work life balance I need to maximize my recruiting output for my caregivers and over all TotalMed.
Cons
Rate sheet burdens cutting into that Ability to match pay or GPM/Spread ;) I understand the need for burdens but if someone isn't taking bennies I would love to be able to reallocate that to CG's pay or spread.
