Pros
Good career advancement with flexible hours.
Cons
Unfortunately the company went out of business.

Pros
if you have no experience this is a great place to start out. They give you a great training and really give you an honest introduction to medicare sales. They have decent plans and give you what you need to start out. Medicare sales is not for everyone It is a lot of hard work, you have to be out there in the street everyday no matter what the weather and in bad neiborhoods because that is were the sales are and you still have to meet your months sales goals. Upper management is great
Cons
Your monthly sales goal is a bit high in my opinion. It was 15 per month when I was there. The base pay is high but you have to wait three months for your commission unlike other companies that give it to you right away but charge back any sales you lost. Also management is not very helpful once you get out of training. They feel that you should have learned enough that you should be on your own and know it all.

Great place to start as a medicare sales rep
Oct 10, 2015 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
very detailed and thourough training in all aspects of medicare and sales. There is a whole team behind you every step of the way to answer any questions or issues you have the entire time you are working there. They like people who are new to the industry because they can shape you how they want you to work. There are a lot of work related events, team building and positive motivation.
Cons
High sales goals and expectations. They micro manage your day, schedueal and life! Lower management was not helpful. High tension when actually out in the field.

Pros
Great if you are a woman.
Cons
Office management shows favoritism towards women. Most of the office is women if you are a man don't bother she won't hire or promote you. Only women report to her she got rid of all the men. Men in sales and accounting that's it the rest are women.
