    People are very nice and friendly. Great working Environment!

    You have to do things really carefully and conservative since it's a government organization.

    It's really fun working there. We got satisfaction when we finished a project or an exhibition.

    Do the same things all the time.

    Don't do the same things all the time. Please try to do something different.

    Pros

    Relaxing Environment. I felt like home. Although it is a public sector, but it is mixed with private sector characteristics.
    Easy-going Coworkers. They are very patience to teach you skills.

    Cons

    No chance of getting a full-time job unless you have green card
    Little achievement
    Traditional and inefficient way of doing business
    Had to work late

    Advice to Management

    Should listen to the advice from subordinates and revise its management

    Pros

    Location at the cetner of Taiwan's capital
    Can go home and sleep (as oppsed to required to stay in camp for the night)

    Cons

    Lots of work with low pay
    Can hurt yout motive

    Advice to Management

    Should improve upon the allocation of government fundings.

    Have great chances to travel around Taiwan and the world, meet new people, explore the world.

    It's still a bureaucrat government unit, so... there are some top-down culture that you cannot challenge.
