    smaller company, good benefits, commitment to the community with volunteerism, strong conversion rate for interns, nice location, well know in the industry

    business bought by another company, did not perform well in the end, lack of transparency from the top down, lack of communication from the top down

    Pleasant staff,nice surroundings as the office is new.Co-workers are easy to work with and there is a great deal of team spirit.

    Management at times operates with blinders on.

    Good strategic plan for future business growth.

    Cons

    The company was growing to fast and was not up keeping up with the internal demands. Management was not transparent.

    Advice to Management

    Transparency is key for a successful business strategy. Transparency is for all levels els not just senior management if you want successful outcomes.

    financially unstable. seeking growth by taking over companies w/out making sure they can handle what is on their plate. Compensation increases/bonus is nonexistant
