    Pros

Coworkers are good, pay is decent, hours suck. Jobs isn’t that hard, mostly mess with fanuc robots and touch up welds.

    Cons

Hours suck and management doesn’t care about you or your work you do. Just cycle time and quantity out the door

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and give some time off!

I have been working at Tower International (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Close to home. Steady pay.

    Cons

Low wages for expectations. Miserable environment. Pettiness and in-fighting between management team members. Incompetent workers create damage to tooling. Robot crashes create damage and unnecessary downtime. Massive weld expulsion. Poor quality parts from overseas.

    Advice to Management

Pay more. The fact that you cannot find decent tool & die/ weld techs/ robot programmers/ quality techs should tell you that you are running a cut rate operation.
Unrelated but weird: male employees use female restroom facilities. Gross!
Searching for a new job as are many here.
