I have been working at Tower Semiconductor full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Can change a career path within the company, nice cafeteria, good at pushing for quick and creative solutions

    Cons

Atmosphere is intense, lack of positive feedback, work-life is not balanced well with long work hours, occasional weekend tasks. Usually understaffed in many places causing a lot of pressure on existing work force and lack of responsiveness.

    Advice to Management

pay more attention to work force, invest more in the people and focus on motivation, map workforce, find gaps and fill them in to allow better focus on the important activities without neglecting 2nd and 3rd priority work..
