Town really is a real community bank; what do I mean by that? You will develope great relationships with your coworkers and clients alike. If you're good at jumping in and don't mind putting in some solid work days. This bank is for you!

You will be expected to teach yourself a lot of things as you go. And it's never the managers faults if you weren't trained on it.
