Not a lot of upwards mobility unless you're connected, but it's a min wage job anyway so that really isn't important

Decent hours, fun work environment, lots of opportunities to work at different facilities with different people.

Nepotism at its finest. Seniority doesn't mean much, if anything. Management ( lower/upper) is too casual and not the greatest.
