    I worked at TowneBank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good first job out of school while looking for better opportunities.

    Cons

    Poor pay and benefits. Promotions are reserved for the sons and daughters of bank executives.

    Advice to Management

    When you have an opportunity to train and develops young talent, don't waste it. There is a lack of leadership.

    Great community recognition and everyone loves to love TowneBank. Good benefits.

    Lack to teamwork and lots of small circles that are hard to enter.

    Advice to Management

    empower the staff to evaluate and ask questions about processes.
