I worked at Towson University part-time

    Pros

Have faculty meetings and teacher get supplies for class.

    Cons

The students run the school. Poor work habits are allowed. The management does not have the backbone to run the school properly. The school should not be accredited. School allows students to gang up and threaten teachers. School is like a zoo. Students are let into classes where they do not belong. Poorly run environment. Management is afraid to tell students what to do. Students have low GPA and they are never put on probation. Teachers are not supported at all.

    Advice to Management

Get a backbone and let teachers teach. Stop letting the students who don't care run the school. Try to encourage learning versus passing students with 'A's..
