    I worked at Toyota North America as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great pay, great training, great perks.

    Cons

    Corporate, inefficient, slow, and often boring.

    Advice to Management

    I think management does well with what they have. I just personally find a smaller office environment where I can where multiple hats to be much more engaging.

    Good company, lots of hard work, good benefits, good pay after overtime.

    Cons

    Refuse to fire people, which is good for job security but terrible for an employee that gets stuck under a manager that should be fired.

    don't recruit bad engineers as managers, they are just bad managers.
