I worked at Toyota Of Nashua full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great facility, good people, easy access to inventory, large used car selection.

    Cons

Long hours, sometimes dealing with the office is incredibly frustrating, occasionally the amount you deserve to make for your work doesn't match the pay plan signed at the time you were hired. Often tension in regards to compensation.

I worked at Toyota Of Nashua full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Possibilities for advancement if you can close a few deals.

    Cons

The way salesmen attack the customer to be the first contact is brutal. If you haven't been there forever it is very tough to be accepted on the team, never mind get a repeat customer.

    Advice to Management

Figure out a better way to distribute the customers so that the same obnoxious individuals are not rewarded for negative behavior. I can't see how this type of system helps customer or supplier

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to make sales
    Nice facilities
    Good management
    Flexible working schedule/hours
A very good opportunity to make good money with little qualification, just some common sense and drive.

    Cons

Sometimes in the auto sales industry one must work his or her day off, which is usually the only day off one has.

    Advice to Management

Train your sales staff for real life sales situations, not just the training class consisting of the history of the automotive industry with no sales techniques.
