    Close to the place of living. Close to places to eat. Close to highway. Close to close. Yea yea yea. So cool

    Custos can be very crazy and they dont like to be kept waiting even for a sec. They go crazy

    The management team was great and I fortunately did not have to work for a bad store.

    Cons

    Working with underperforming co-workers that somehow swindled their way into getting a job there.

    Advice to Management

    I know it is out of the control of management, but better pay would have been awesome!

    Pros

    Enjoyed working there as a cashier. Loved helping kids get the toys the wanted.

    Getting customers to get sign up for the credit card.

    The customers, coworkers and supervisors were all nice. Was never bored and always on my feet.

    Cons

    Heavy emphasis on metrics(credit cards, reward cards and batteries). Hours depended on your number of cards sold.

    Advice to Management

    Not everyone wants a credit card!

    You can hide away in the back and actually get work done.
    You get a nice work out while lifting big ticket items.

    Cons

    Layaway is a nightmare around seasonal times.
    Times are very pressing around Christmas time.

    Advice to Management

    The way that layaway is done needs to be changed so that things run smother in the season.
