    Pros

The Starbucks is nice to have.

    Cons

Constant layoffs, long hours and lack of any real corporate insight or values. A group of 7th graders could run a company better than this pile of debris.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

One of the greatest brands in the world.
Lots of genuinely passionate, fun people
    Pay is good

    Cons

The company has been in a death spiral for years and years and it will wear anyone down
No matter how high your bonus target, bonuses are rarely paid out
    The best people keep leaving
Reorgs and RIFs are a constant

    Advice to Management

    Wind it down

    Pros

Environment is unbeatable. It is a pleasure to work with everyone. People are generally very very nice. I haven't had a bad experience with anyone as of yet.

    Cons

Benefits are sub par. No focus on career path (this seems like its changing). There also seems to be a lack of vertical and lateral movement. I know staff accountants that have been there a long time applying for senior positions and not getting it.

    Advice to Management

You have tru (see what I did there) talent in the company. Sometimes an extra push in the responsibility realm of things could help advancement. There are plenty of people that would like to move up but restricting them is only hindering company efforts.
