Poor Communication between Departments. Not much room for growth. Lots of overstaffing. Poor upper management. If you have an opinion/suggestion keep it to yourself, it will go nowhere. The vibe from management is, work your shift and leave. The level of fun has decreased dramatically. No shift beers. If you worked in the AM you may not enter the brewery again for dinner with friends or family. This rule only applies to Tasting Room Staff for no legitimate reason. HUGE divide between full time and part time employees. There is a constant change in Side work and extra jobs to be completed in the brewery on top of what you are hired in to do. One big headache for what could be a simple fun part time job all due to Management.

Some of the best reasons to work at Troegs? Good beer Coworkers are extremely supportive of one another Regulars are good people If you're a beer geek, the regulars will teach you just as much as the staff will about craft beer

There is no communication from the management whatsoever. Standard operating procedures change on an almost weekly basis. Managers will try to take a cut of your bar tending tips, even though they have a full time job plus benefits and you're working part time. Some managers are less qualified than the employees they're managing. Adding more duties to job than you're told about in the interview
