    Pros

I work with a great crew

    Cons

I possess a B.S. degree in Marketing and have had in excess of 24 interviews in the past 3 years with Store Support (if that's what you want to call it). I have only applied for positions I am qualified for. I have been told No all 24 times. Pay is way below the national average. Hours are horrible. They stress a work life balance in there mission and values however they do not believe it. Too much is expected with no help allowed and definately not enough pay I started out as an Assistant hoping to get to corporate. However it is obvious that once you are in the field that is where you will stay.

    Pros

Made lifelong friendships with peers and some customers, too.

    Cons

The company as a whole has become dehumanized. The only thing that seems to matter are the dollars and share prices, and the people in the actual stores are paying the price. The powers in the tower do not care that the people that actually have contact with the customer have their hands tied when trying to take care of them by low manpower, low payroll, and more expectations. Working 50-60 hours per week or more makes a lie of the value of balance between work and life. Then the overall exhaustion causes mistakes and missteps that should never happen.

    Pros

The company cares about its employees, and they offer great benefits to full time employees.

    Cons

Some of the tasks past down to the stores from home office have unrealistic time lines to completion. It can be hard to balance work/home life because the stores usually have small teams of associates.

    Pros

Choose a title because you will be doing them all. Management is rude, Noone has anything together, and everything is "someone else's job." Communication is a joke. I tried to give 2 weeks notice my second week. I couldn't stick it out because I hated going to work and being in such a toxic environment.

    Cons

No work/life balance (sometimes I didn't even know my schedule 2 days in advance. Pay sucks
