I worked at Trade Secret full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There aren't really any pros to this job. There is room for a lot of overtime if you want more hours.

    Cons

Overworked, underpaid, poor management, understaffed, small employee discount, use and abuse you, no room for advancement, expect to work 12 hours or more per day.

    Advice to Management

Please get it together. Don't expect ONE person to work 12 hours a day for a month and a half and only pay them minimum wage.
