I have been working at TradeDoubler full-time

    Pros

Young and dynamic workforce though the company needs to set a clear strategy and direction for them to get going again

    Cons

Constant change in management, the CEO has recently changed again after less than 2 years despite good performance from him and his team.

I worked at TradeDoubler full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

You can take action on any and all ideas you have with the client base.
Worked in a great international environment in Telford with people from all over Europe.

    Cons

Management has not got a clue - Tradedoubler has limped from CEO to CEO and bad decision after bad decision since 2008
The core affiliate platform even in 2015 was massively inferior to the likes of Darwin.
Revenue was dependent on a handful of big companies - which has since left the business.
Employees tried to innovate daily, however with the lack of support from management effective global changes were never pursued.
The businesses only real commodity was some exceptional staff on the ground floor - sadly defective management has let these people go.

    Advice to Management

Honestly, after a decade of bad decisions I see no way that you can turn it around and rescue the business. There are too many other businesses that are doing a better job in all the areas you are trying to touch.

I genuinely suggest that you sell up the business to the AWIN / Zanox group. It will be the last opportunity to realise value for your investors, and the last chance to try and provide your employees with a more stable outlook.

I have been working at TradeDoubler full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Used to be a great place to learn performance marketing with a great atmosphere

    Cons

Management. They don't know what they are doing. Just making the worst decisions. All senior people from Spain left the company. Now there is no senior people in Madrid office, no one with the right knowledge.
Country Manager only listen to those who pretend to be her friends instead of listen to the people who knew the business.

    Advice to Management

Recent decisions will end up in closing Madrid office. That's what happens when you rely on the wrong people

I worked at TradeDoubler full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - great atmosphere in an international environment,
    - a lot of social events, in particular for charities,
    - friendly people, who like share own food and tradition,
    - some valuable people, who really enjoy sharing knowledge and expertise,
    - clear communication during Telford office closure.

    Cons

    - really confused and not well-structured training period,
    - low commission structure,
    - GMT is not able to guide the company straight to the results,
    - no reward for anyone who wants to contribute and make a difference to the success of the business,
    - loss of valuable people in Telford, after closure decision.

    Advice to Management

Making people in the first position, before your inefficient management decisions. Listen to your employees, who really care about your business, and stay away for who doesn't deserve.

    Pros

Great team. Good atmosphere among teams.

    Cons

    Management. Management. Management.

The CEO promotes his friends into senior roles and they are totally incapable of doing the basics - many examples of this. Culture is about who you are friends with not how good you are. The UK MD is cut adrift because he's politically unable to cope.

    Advice to Management

Go and do something else instead because you are not cut out for senior management.

I worked at TradeDoubler full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Gaining knowledge about affiliation marketing
    Some competent colleagues

    Cons

Poor consideration for employees (fake promotions under the form of a title change but without additional responsabilities nor salary increase even after 2 years in the company)
    Poor training (when provided...)
Nonexistent communication between upper management (GMT) and employees
    Double standards bewteen different offices

    Advice to Management

Establish a proper and honest communication in the company before showing off about absurd values

I have been working at TradeDoubler full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great atmosphere, good people from all over Europe. Great learning experience within the affiliate marketing space. Visibility between departments. I've certainly made friends for life.

    Cons

Aging 90's tech company that is struggling to keep its market position. A very nervy approach to sales with the interest of the company and the customer not the main priority but reaching out of reach targets. The reimbursement in terms of commission is extremely poor and not transparent.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your guys
