    The people are the best part of working here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and are willing to train you. They take safety very seriously and the culture makes it seem like a family-owned company.

    Working for a company that cares about their employees, provides great benefits and gives a person a chance to grow within the organization is a pleasure. Safety is the utmost importance first always.

    5 1:2 day work week.

    Rotate people in yard so each teammate gets a 2 day weekend several times a month

    The employees all treat you like family, like if you are a best friend they would never let down. Super positive atmosphere to work around.

    Everything about the company is positive, I can't think of a con.

    Don't change anything about how nice, respectful and courteous, you are to applicants and new hires. You all definitely cast a positive shadow as leaders in the organization.

    Pros

    Start you off at low hourly rate but plenty of overtime. 6 days a week. Everyone gets along good. Vacation 2 weeks after 3 years. 3 weeks after 10 years.

    Cons

    Hot environment. Low starting rate. Fast raises gained. Always room to move up the ladder.

    Advice to Management

    Starting pay a little higher. 3 weeks vacation after 5 years. Better bonuses. Stop increasing quota for bonus gains.
