    Advice to Management

Just because you are in management doesn't mean you know everything. Your other employees also have great ideas. Stop micro managing!

    Pros

Great company , the employees are very friendly and easy to work with and pull together as a team

    Cons

Local management out of home office , is all for pinching pennies to look go to home office

    Advice to Management

for technical staff require min amount of training off site yearly to keep up with technology and keep programmers and IT staff with newest equipment, when i left i was still using a 10 year old pc . old software and out dated software and had to make applications that ran on newer users systems.

I worked at Trader Publishing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent pay in sales & benefits.

    Cons

    Typical corporate politics
Lack of sincere effort to address seriously disrespectful male managers without backlash for going to HR over it.
    Double standards often.
Don't trust their HR's open door policy ever. It comes back to bite you later.

    Advice to Management

Take a course in how to address harassment and actually be proactive instead of forcing employees to choose between working in a very uncomfortable environment or resign.

Payed well in the beginning. Good benefits

    Cons

Commissions slashed to virtually nothing, no company car, only pay a fraction of expenses, unrealistic goals, micromanagement, favoritism towards certain reps. Horrible upper management.

    Advice to Management

Treat the reps who have been there for years better, or you will lose everyone.
