    Pros

You get to work different jobs with different people.

    Cons

To much down time waiting for jobs. Pay isn't consistent. They will put an inexperienced person with a highly skilled carpenter and you both get paid the same.

    Advice to Management

Keep your good and talented workers busy and weed out the unskilled employees.

I worked at Tradesmen International (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Large company with plenty of sales positions always open at entry level in a very competitive business

    Cons

Very poorly managed and a HR nightmare at field offices with a very high turnover rate for employees

I worked at Tradesmen International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

This is a great job of you are fresh out of college with limited financial commitment. Get experience and go.

    Cons

They micromanage and make you sit through 7-10 meetings per week. Few people stay for more than a few months. **Watch your paycheck.** we had about 6 "computer glitches" in my 10 months there.

    Advice to Management

Stop taking pride in your high turnover rate. It's not because you are so great, it's because the company micro manages.

    Cons

They say they are not a temp company, but yet have no work that last longer then 2 weeks. Then its like give me more work. Nothing!! Weeks to months later they call. I have worked for them 3 separate times. Same thing every time. Pay is low for JM electrician.

    Advice to Management

San Antonio Office needs to find work for the skilled trades. I have no idea how they stay in business.

I worked at Tradesmen International part-time

    Pros

Company is really employee focused. They are successful and everyone at corporate are extremely nice and helpful.

    Cons

This office haspace a lot of work to do. They do not do and by company directives and procedures, and believe that they know better than those that have set up a multi-million dollar company.

    Advice to Management

Do not put one employee on a pedestal. Checks and balances are important to a successful and peaceful work environment. Also if you do not want to make a career out of the job that's fine. But consider others' intentions and career choices.
