    Pros

    Other employees are willing to help, Corporate are very willing to help and make sure orders get filled. local Management team very helpful. Corporate training for the position is very thorough.

    Cons

    no real incentive, sales representatives gets reward via office and corporate, and nothing for the Project Coordinators. Vacation days limited to 5 per year first year.

    Flexible hours with many chances and lots of room to work in different environments and learn new skills to apply for the next job.

    Cons

    Work can be slow at times with the possibility of being non-existent. Fellow workers can be difficult to work with and sometimes utterly useless.

    Advice to Management

    Screen your potential employees better and do a background check to make sure they can actually perform the tasked they were hired to do.
