Poor management and too many politics

Mar 20, 2019 - Project Coordinator in Raleigh, NC

    Business Outlook

    Pros

    Great hours with decent pay.

    Cons

Management doesn't train you on the job and politics will get in the way of doing your job. As a Project Coordinator I was just thrown into the role and had Senior sales reps complain until they got the position they wanted. Management has no backbone and will buckle if enough sales rep complain. Do not work for this company!!!!

    Pros

Great benefits, pay is decent. They've always tried to secure local work for me but occasionally would have to travel. Beyond 60 mile radius is perform.

    Cons

Sometimes I have to sit for a few days waiting for them to find work. Reps need to learn how to do scheduling a lot better so we don't have all these downtimes.

Employee Story
Allison has been at Tradesmen for around four years and we truly believe she goes above and beyond for the field employees she helps hire and coordinate. She is always on her A-game to bring the best assistance to them through the hiring process. Allison is also quick to assist fellow project coordinators with questions or training. Also worth noting is that Allison is always able to take feedback and understands that there is always room to improve on how things are done.
