Good pay with 40 hours. Resourceful and responsive management. Only hire individuals that carry themselves respectfully.

Hardly any overtime. Companies that sometimes contract Tradesmen have absolutely terrible management.

    Pros

Good pay (if you actually get what they told you)

    Cons

I've been sent on multiple jobs where there was no safety equipment whatsoever, you can hardly ever get in contact with the job foremans, and job details always change last minute. I dragged up on a job the other day after no one was at the jobsite so I went to check in my hotel room which wasn't booked, called the foreman to no avail. Tradesmen rep got on the phone and said they were all at the jobsite and I needed to get back to work, went back to the site and still no one was around so I decided to go home. Now tradesmen is trying to say I just quit and they won't pay for anything

Great coworkers Good pay Benefits are nice and onsite foreman's are great guys. Hours are good and most jobs pay overtime.

    Cons

Some work sites are harder and sometimes not worth what you are getting paid. Management sometimes doesn't care about your work/life balance.

Employee Story
Allison has been at Tradesmen for around four years and we truly believe she goes above and beyond for the field employees she helps hire and coordinate. She is always on her A-game to bring the best assistance to them through the hiring process. Allison is also quick to assist fellow project coordinators with questions or training. Also worth noting is that Allison is always able to take feedback and understands that there is always room to improve on how things are done.
