I worked at Tradewinds Island Resorts full-time

      Pros

Beautiful beachfront property to enjoy during your hour long break

      Cons

Terrible pay. Non educated-experienced employees make the same wages as more experienced.

      Advice to Management

Retain employees based on their value....the $10hr shouldn't apply to everyone. Know your staff better. Too robotic and corporate acting
