    Pros

    Room to grow, as they are a growing company and they only promote from within. Bonus structure is awesome, tons of money to be made! Training program is super helpful, and the scripts are consistent and work!

    Cons

    Parking can be tough mid-day to afternoon

    Buy us lunch more often (:

    Small but growing company, you can really make a difference in the energy every day! Lots of potential for growth and there is no cap on how much money you can make.

    Cons

    A lot of the job is on the phone, which can be difficult for some people.

    Great training and support for you to succeed in sales! Company is growing fast! Promotions from within! Work hard and you will definitely be rewarded! Money here is real!

    - Money. Pay structure is amazing, and very (very) possible to bonus, double bonus, and even make more for breaking records.     -If you are a night owl, you may have trouble waking up early. (Shift starts at 7, you can make it work!)

    Pay structure. Culture. Environment. You will actually enjoy going into work every day!

    Cons

    Music can be a bit loud, but they do provide ear plugs for anyone who would like them, so its never been an issue.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing cupcakes for the birthday/anniversary parties, the cakes are too big and sometimes get wasted.

    Pros

    It's easy to just get into a routine, make the call, move onto the next, repeat. I just like talking to people so being a telemarketer wasn't too bad for me.

    Cons

    I was here for a while and there was always murmurs around the office about this one employee but I never had any issues with them until, I guess, I was next on their list. When I went to file a complaint they didn't even write anything down. It was just like "sorry that happened, we'll talk to him about this." But nothing ever happened and nothing ever changed.     Just listening isn't enough, you actually need to do something when someone is coming to you about being harassed by another employee. Also, not everyone drinks beer, stop acting like this is some big awesome thing.

    I worked at Trailhead Marketing full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    Lots of turn over = always looking to hire

    Cons

    It's not so much that this place isn't for everyone. It's that this places shouldn't be for anyone. There is a reason for all of the turnover. Poor management, toxic environment, sham product. If you are interested in a sales position just go get a job at a shop in the mall.

    Advice to Management

    The CEO needs to step down and so someone who can actually run a company can step in. Their first order of business: Shut down the business.
