- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Company Values. Commitment to agents and employees to be the best they can be. No micromanaging, only guidance and suggestions to improve yourself. Flexible Schedule.
Cons
Work-life balance can be challenging when working from home, it can be easier working in the office. Less in-person contact with people when working from home (could be a pro!).

Great flexibility and opportunities for growth, both in skills and income. Some of the best technology and training in the insurance industry. Fast-paced and growing business keeps things exciting.
Cons
The company offers a lot of autonomy for its employees and agents, and this can be very good for some people with a lot of motivation and self determination, but may not be good for those that need a manager pushing them to do good work and be successful.
