I have been working at Trans-Tel Central full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are always opportunities to learn here. The Executives (originally owners) are down to earth, and very kind and caring for all levels of employees. It's amazing to see the improvements and progress that has been made since 2013 when the management group that was here for 2 years and caused major decline in the company were removed. From the top to the bottom everyone at Trans-tel is family and we are all committed to the success of this company.

    Cons

There is a lot of travel with some of the positions here. If you are not interested in traveling then I would say this may not be the place for you.

    Pros

Great management people in Corporate but not so at the Poulsbo Branch

    Cons

Bad Senior management decisions and style

    Advice to Management

Corporate needs to stay in touch with the people at the branch and not rely on the BM decisions.

I worked at Trans-Tel Central full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

GREAT duty assignments, bad working conditions due to poor management.

    Cons

Management. Poor at the mid-level, Upper management was out to get what they could and robbed the company blind in terms of misuse of company time, wasted time spent on projects, visits to projects for personal interests, drinking, etc.

    Advice to Management

I think some of the people described are gone now, but you need to reexamine your policies and get good people and let them work.

    Pros

The company is willing to help and teach new expertise's to make an employee more valuable and experienced.

    Cons

They don't recognize that some employee's are more motivated and diligent than some of the supervisors, and the supervisors want to protect their territory.

    Advice to Management

Reward the people that deserve it and let them motivate the rest of the company into pushing for better production and techniques.
