I worked at TransCanada as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Good compensation for the position offered. Friendly, rather relaxed working environment.

    Cons

Very much an "office" job, with the associated Dilbert-esque trappings.

    Advice to Management

Invest in IT; many problems in the office had to do with lack of available technical expertise, and the existing IT department was overloaded.
