Great experiences , good people and great flexibility for school , work etc .
Cons
Some of the supervisors do not maintain the standards to keep a company working at peak efficiency ie uniforms ,vehicle readiness equipment etc .

Great people work there, so there's a possibly of you meeting good people that you will know for a lifetime, you will definitely gain experience in working in a fast paced job and working under pressure.
Cons
There are no benefits, plenty of favoring, and very stressful..
