I worked at TransUnion full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits and smart associates. Also, the ability to work remotely, with flexibility for sales travel and time. it is a decent place to work.

    Cons

The training is disorganized and the team of sales execs do not spend enough time together. There is a sense of inside employees vs outside employees. overall, decent place with limited access to training

    Advice to Management

Take more time to learn about the customers, and worry less about what the seasoned sales people are doing all day. Trust your people

I worked at TransUnion (More than a year)

    Pros

Exposed to sophisticated techniques and technologies. Allowed to try out new ideas. People were great to work with. Access to high level leadership is possible to promote your ideas if you have your act together.

    Cons

Middle management is sometimes disconnected with front-line workers and thus quantity can take precedence over quality. Lots of Excel reports..

    Advice to Management

Invest in modern dashboarding type reporting tools and look at ways of reviewing delivered project value vs. planned project value within the portfolio.
