    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Transamerica Worksite Marketing full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The hours are 7 - 6 Monday - Friday, which are excellent. Great company holidays. Great PTO earn 10 hours monthly.

    Cons

Management in the contact center is unorganized and not aware of the needs of the CSRs or the Call center as a whole. When. They are needed to help out they are no where to be found.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Transamerica Worksite Marketing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company starts you off with 3 weeks vacation which seems like a lot until you realize that includes sick days. They do have a really organized training program. There is a week long employee appreciation event ending with an employee picnic.

    Cons

Employees not treated like professionals and micromanaged. The pay is low. There were limited advancement opportunities. Efficient employees had to pick up the slack of inefficient employees and there were mandatory Saturday overtime close to the month-end.

    Advice to Management

The billing department didn't appear to have individual growth plans for employees.
