I worked at Transcom WorldWide full-time

    Pros

It’s literally starting from the bottom. It’s more felt with the salary, which eventually grew as the agent got trained for more LOBs. LOB=Line of Business. The ComBen is good, yes, and the people inside were easily to get to know with.

    Cons

First, they didn’t disclose necessary information on job signing. I actually applied for a non-voice account but on my JO, they said that my chat support post shall only be on the peak season and after that, probably by January, I shall be re-assigned to the voice support post. I accepted since I felt in myself I still have time to maybe motivate myself. I just didn’t want taking in calls in this peak season. But when we’re on training, we were advised that we shall take in calls for a month! Yes, take in calls first before we can do chat support. And the worse, they advised that we may also not be on chat if the requirements for voice were not met first. I knew from there why their people were resigning not only because of the low salary. Also, their shuttle service was always unavailable. It’s because all trainings and out time were arranged on similar timeslots and thus many of us never got to use that service.
