    Management team is focused on the professional and personal growth of employees. Positive work atmosphere and great employee recognition programs. Many opportunities to try to new things and expand skill set.

    I can't think of anything negative to report.

    The mission is definitely client focused and the employees definitely care about the individuals they treat.

    Cons

    They co,pay is really confined by insurance and legislative constraints.

    Just keep doing what you do!

    The work place is low stress and you are not micro managed

    Cons

    No raise in two years for any associates

    Advice to Management

    Stop looking into the mirror of excellent leadership, and do something! Stop getting awards and start getting some new contracts.
